Today at the range I was working on wrist positions. When I uncock my arched right wrist (I am a lefty) while maintaining a fully bent left wrist, it produces an incredible amount of force that I can't duplicate any other way. I experimented with this motion while swinging but had no idea where in the downstroke it should happen. The amount of force this motion creates while swinging pulls everything (the club,my arms, body) toward the target so fast I feel I have lttle control and should just hold on. Is this something I should be doing? If so, when?
