Brian did some checking and your DNS (www.manzellagolfforum.com) has not an IP address register to it. This is why it doesn't work. Your hosting site needs to promulgate the DNS and IP. Did get a reference to an IP address of 216.157.131.128 but this doesn't take you anywhere. Do you know your IP address? Is it that one?

Also if you type manzellagolfforum.com you do get to the login page. They note they are in the process of sending the name out.

You need to talk with them. It only take 3 to 4 days max to have the entire internet be updated and that is a worst case, more like 4 to 8 hours.
