I sure hope someone will get some really good slow-motion DTL and FO shots of Tiger at Quail Hollow (Bizhub, maybe?).

Lia, could you explain?

All I see in the slide show is like 8 frames of a swing from two perspective on Woods.

Are you just complaining about his swing and not yet owning it..due to borrowing one from Foley?

Tiger's right arm is much straighter than BH's at impact.

Still....just like it was here.

And it probably always will be.

Moe Norman would like Tiger's right foot in the above pictures though.

I apologize if my post came off as cryptic. I posted the images because I believe the transformation of Woods's swing under Foley is complete. He's got the components matching about as well as he can. Think Hogan model. Tiger has always wanted to own his swing and his newest swing is as Hogan-esque as he can probably get it. But that's the issue for me. Do you really own that motion if it's not yours but rather a copy of someone else's? However, that won't even matter if the man's not healthy.

Whatever happened to Kevin's contention that there are plenty of patterns that can be done on the range (or the oven)?

Pictures of Tiger puring it in practice do absolutely nothing for me...kind of like shooting 59 by yourself.

Waddayahmean?

Tiger has stated in the past that Ben Hogan, and Moe Norman are the only two golfers who have ever "owned" their swings. Everyone else is just borrowing it. Meaning they had total control over the ball. Trajectory, distance, everything. Tiger wants that too. If he doesn't find it, I believe he'll die trying.

Agreed. Seems kinda funny to me how eager he is to seek out methods though. These other guys did it on their own. Or at least their own way.
