Mike Finney (MikeSTLOC) is well known in these—and other—parts, for his dynamic, silky smooth-swing.

His 22 month-old son, Jackson, is well on his way to emulating and surpassing his pop.

Plenty good stuff if you watch frame-by-frame—which makes you wonder....

Is everyone just making this stuff harder than it is...

or, with good Genes and a Dad and a Ga-Ga (Yours Truly, The Stallion ;)) who are top-flight teachers...

How can you miss?

Enjoy!

About 95% of all little ones grip it cross-handed on their own....

Makes you wonder...

Esp. on a day where our old bud Al Crews made his world-premiere at age 53.

Works for Chris Couch when he is in the scoring zone.

The second place in the British Amateur this year was a fellow that plays cross handed.

He claimed that he was a hitter, where as the winner was a talented golfer, this coming from the guy finishing second in the British Amateur. You could argue he's a not bad golfer and he can obviously play cross handed.

The little I have seen of Couch, it looks to me like he does Brian's pattern (from articles) quite nicely.

Have you worked with him Brian?

My 2 year old started with a right-handed grip, but swinging left-handed, so I tried to show him a right-handed swing (you know, it ain't easy finding lefty clubs for toddlers). Now, he has switched himself to a left-handed grip and swings right-handed. By the way, he got his very first golf blister... right on Pressure Point #3. I was so proud. :D

My 18 month old fires whiffle balls around our house left-handed. Its like a pinball machine around here. I think he swings left handed because I keep him in front of me when we go to the range and he mimicks me while facing me. Thus, he must swing in the mirror image. Perhaps I will have to swing left handed myself to try to get him to start swinging right handed. I did buy him this left handed club here: http://www.akidsgolf.com/training_club.html
