For those with children, what clubs have you had good success with? I just bought 2 sets of US Kids for my 8 yr old daughter and 4 yr old son. I want them to have quality gear that fits so money isn't an issue. I also noticed they have a "Tour" series. Are they much different than the standard? Any thoughts are welcomed. Thanks

Find the Long Term Player Development player guide on the RCGA website. Its a great document for kids golf.:D

I have struggled with this. My 13 year old daughter is playing and I found her a used set of womens clubs. They have ladies shafts and I almost feel like I should have her choke up on a regular shafted set of mens clubs instead. Any recommendations for girls?

My younger brother grew up playing golf, and the only clubs he ever hit were US Kids clubs (until he got too old for them). He never had one lesson, and never did any drills. He just hit balls with those clubs.

He ended up with a great swing and is very accurate. He is also very long for his size. I just don't believe that would have happened had he used anything else growing up.

Looks like the Canadian Version of the TPI program for juniors. Some great info but may be a bit overcooked for some. Kids learn coordination through fun drills and non golf activities. We all did this (the over 40 crowd) on our own, unfortunately today kids don't do much unless it is organized sports.
