Keep the right foot on the ground

I just watched the video on youtube about flat foot from BM.

I tried it on the range and worked pretty well when I do it correctly.

However, I start the downswing by turning my hips towards the target and when I do that my right foot pops up a lil, even when I try to stay down. Then I start my downswing with my right knee, but when I do that i don't Have a complete turn because I focus too much on my right knee, and the shots looks like I was doing a punch shot (not a high finish).

How do I stop bringing it up?
 
its not a bad thing if your right foot is pulled up. if it gets pulled up by your hips opening and sliding, then thats fine
