Question,
If I am correct, the club head should accelerate during impact to release. Therefore we are generating the force well in front of the ball line (behind the ball position, in relation to the target). On that basis, we are trying to generate the force well in front of that quadrant. (Down swing just before impact). So, in my mind, I am trying to generate the force with a direction of 90degree perpendicular to the target (trying to throw the club in front of us (away from the body), rather then throwing the club to the target) Because of the fix centre (the pivot) that help us to generate the centrifugal force.
If we are having a swing thought of throwing the club to the target, rather then in front of us (where a lot of golfer’s thinking); then we are talking about trying to generate a force and release it well after the follow-through position. (this is something that I am not sure of, and this is what I want someone to put me into the right direction). By having this swing thought (of swinging the club toward the target, rather then throwing it 90degree perpendicular to the target line). It will cause the golfer to pull the rear shoulder out before impact, as well as stopping the lower body to clear. By pulling the rear shoulder out before impact, you will having a finishing position with
RIGHT (rear) FOOT OVER ROTATE
HAVING THE FINISHING BELOW THE PLANE
HAVING THE LEFT (FRONT) FOOT ROTATING
GRIP LOSE OF PRESURE ON FINISH
SHOULDER PLANE TILTED
CHANGE OF BODY ANGLE DURING IMPACT AND FOLLOW THROUGH
Personally, mine believe of having the ability to clearing the hip, is if we are having a clear though on the force direction.
Direction of force will affect your balance, and balance affect your tempo. For people who cannot get into the right shape is because they are losing the balance.
Body rotation, is a result of the mind trying to balance our body, rather then generating force by our body. And I believe it is very much a subconscious motion. Just like if we are trying to throw an object with our rear hand, we always shift our lower balance to the front, even though we never train to do it.
