Left hand at Impact....

First of all let me say that I'm glad to see Brian has his own forum. I for one was a fan of his work on FGI. Brians responses turned me on to the Golfing machine and quickly improved my index from around a 13 to under 10. My problem is that although I understand the concept of maintaining a flat left wrist through impact, I seem to struggle keeping the wrist flat when I increase my swing speed or effort. Ultimately on slower swings, I can maintain the wrist angle, on faster swings the wrist breaks down. Is this a common problem for others, and does anyone have any tips on how to work on this?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Are you swinging your hands to the target, only the clubface goes to the target, be carefull here. If you allow them to go the way they are designed to go, hands (wrists) the flat left wrist will be okay.

Also check your grip, only a good Hogan style grip, can help you with this great game of golf. Its the best ever and still going.

Swing well!
