should it do anything for a swinger. I sometimes need to do twist it in order to prevent slice and what bugs me sometimes i dont need to do anything with it if i float load.the reson i'm asking is that float load gives me a low trajectory which i dont like. also any instructors in houston?

Houston.

Float loading—done correctly—gives many golfers a better FEEL for the sweetspot.

A swinger shouldn't have to do anything "on purpose" to square up the left hand, but that's just on paper. In the real world, many people ROLL a certain amount on purpose.

Interesting Brian....

THis is what I am farting around with....conscious rolling. I am finding that I am getting a pretty good swing pattering but...kind of holding on at the end creating and angled clubface...thus a strong fade. When I think of turning my left wrist to make the back of my left hand face the target around impact....I am having much greater success.

Is there something I might want to focus on to get rid of the need to roll my wrists??? Or just stay with it?

It takes a certain amount of time of consciously learning to do something before it becomes "automatic."

It took a while before i didn't have to not worry about letting the left wrist square up. I always found one arm swings with my left hand only really good drills to learn the proper feel of letting the left wrist un-cock and then roll on it's own. Then slowly putting the right hand back on the club.

thank you

i guess I'll keep rolling then. how can i get in touch with any of instructors in Houston area. thank you!BTW, ever since i got the "flipper" video i am playing the best golf that i couldn't possibly imagine. thank you Brian.
