I have got myself totally confused.
What is the definitive Manzellean statement on the position and movement of the left wrist at 1) impact and 2) follow thru (i.e. just after impact)?
After impact, does the left wrist merely rotate (i.e. keeping flat left wrist)...or does the left wrist rotate and bend back (such that back of left hand gets closer to watch face)?
