ok, so I lift my left heel off the ground during my driver backswing, other than giving me chronic achilles tendonitis this doesn't seem to affect my golf swing. I've tried keeping it planted and I definitely feel a "better" pivot (more torque or stored energy if you will) The result however is same ball flight/same distance
so my takeaway is this is a non-issue, just go and play, don't worry about it....thoughts?
