Light weight driver..........i.e..a whippy type club.

If a heavy club activates the heavey bands in our muscles,is it safe to say something light and floppy would activate the light muscle bands. An honest, curious question. Would we be better off swinging a club upside down on the tee to promote distance,activating the thinner muscle cords ? Has anyone experinted swinging something real lite for 20 swing's then hitting 10 drives using Trackman, Id be curious of the results. Opposites...........

Many have suggested gripping a club down at the head and making swings listening for the "swoosh" past the ball to generate speed. There are also many that say swinging a weighted club does not help with speed.
