Lots of questions

After reviewing video of my swing this year compared to last year when I was hitting it well I've noticed several things that I think are contributing to my current issues.I've concentrated so much on swinging left it appears that I'm slightly outside to in and my misses tend to be pulls and pull hooks atm. I originally had a big issue with swinging right.

First off I have pop-out but I am still taking the club slightly across the line at the top. What exactly is no pop-out trying to perfect? I was under the assumption that it was to keep from having the club laid off at the top. I had that problem originally but I do not now. So is pop out still a concern?

Secondly for some reason I constantly feel my left wrist at the top of the backswing and it feels so uncomfortable no matter what I do. Immediately upon starting the club down I am bowing my left wrist and closing the clubface something fierce. I can't seem to get out of doing this. I'm sure it is contributing to the lefts.

And lastly upon completion of the backswing I have this 3 inch or so head movement toward the golf ball and then back and up to some degree which I'm sure contributes to inconsistencies and low point issues. A lot of the time I don't take a divot and I know from video that I am not flipping it so I assume this is the culprit on my low point. What baffles me about this is that in all of the lessons I have taken no one has ever mentioned it as a issue.

So with all this being said where would you begin to tackle these issues before the golf season gets too far along?
