Much more on the toes than his heels. Also is proof that the right wrist DOES go flat after impact.

Hands take away very inside while keeping the club out. Puts him fairly flat and late 3rd accumulator loading. You can hit just about any shot you want from the top of that backswing.

Pete Cowen is his coach.

Pete's guys got 1st, 2nd, and 2 3rds in The Open. Graeme and Louis make for two in a row - yet on this side of the pond, we're still being treated to the swing-mythmic stylings of the Haney Project.

I was looking up Pete and here is the first Youtube video that pops up.

Was anyone else really confused what he was trying to accomplish?

Agreed. I think I can decifer what he is trying to do, but don't quite understand how to do it with how he explained the drill.

The drill gets your right elbow in a little and with the club sideways, you can feel the weight of the clubhead on plane much easier. Kind of like Tomasellos one two move through the turned shoulder.

That makes a bit more sense. Put the sweetspot more in line with the shaft.

I think luis is started working with a mind coach. Golf is a funny game we get swing bound and our mind gets in the way of our natural ability
