Great recommendation

I have read "Made to Stick" and the other Heath Brothers book "Switch: Making Change when Change is Hard".

I read upwards to 50 business, change management and leadership books per year. Some great, some good, some terrible. These two that have found permanent slots on my book shelf. Great reads.
