Manzella Neutral Grip For Beginners

New golfer slowly digesting nsa2, flipper, the episodes and the forums here. I'm still learning the manzella neutral grip, but I am struggling with how uncomfortable it feels at times, specifically with the driver. If anyone could clarify a few of my questions I would greatly appreciate it:

1) When FLW (at impact) is discussed is it a given that the back of the left hand is parallel to the clubfaces targetline? Is this a technique that good golfers in general develop?

2) Is it ever advantageous to have FLW with the back of the left hand not parallel to the target line when the ball leaves the clubface for example the driver? Does Brian close the grip a bit with the driver in the below pictures?

Thanks guys!

No, the grip has not closed...look at the right hand!....it is still palm up after impact.. The right wrist is releasing a little tho which makes the left appear tp roll

thanks. Looking over several swingvisions I noticed that the back of the left hand was pretty much exclusively pointed on a parallel line to the target line when the ball left the clubface.
