I'll have a go....The drill promotes alot of 'beta' that only be saved by pulling the stick out of the ground (i.e. going normal).

The drill really helped me, who come in to the ball too far from the inside with the driver and snap hooked it into oblivion. The move allows me to straighten my path out and come close to zeroing out my attack angles. I can hit a great baby draw now, and it feels like I'm coming from the top.

Which drill helped you? The one with the impact bag or the alignment stick?

The idea of throwing the Alignment stick. At the top of my driver swing, I think turn and throw to the right.

For me, my hands are so deep for my driver, and my body turn can be too fast, normally I needed to slow down for the hands to catch up or else I'd hook it really badly because my arm unit was so far behind. The feeling of getting the hands working back in front and getting the clubhead out of that deep position by going right with the hands and turning left works for me.
