The thing I notice the most about Westood is how open he takes the club back then on the follow through he makes a very visible leverage on the club to close it.
 
I saw him in person at the US Open in 2005 and this year at the Masters. He is PURE. He doesn't take a ton of divot and hits his irons as flush as anyone. My Dad was even impressed with the sound the ball made coming off his clubs.

He seems to get in trouble when he stays too much on his left side. Screws with his D-Plane because he kind of "backs up" through the ball to catch it clean. If he doesn't do it he hits down on it too much and the ball squirts right. Maybe that's an amateurish analysis, but it's what I see.
