match question

Hey guys,

I have a question regarding strokes for a partner match. We play only low and greenies. How are holes allocated for this type of match if say playing partners 1 + 2 have course handicaps of 4 and 10 while partners 2 + 3 have course handicaps of 7 and 8?

it would seem to me that the lowest handicap would give everyone else the appropriate number of strokes at the appropriate holes. hope i have answered your question.

There is a formula for figuring it out. Go to the USGA (dot org) site and track down the handicapping manual.
