My golf swing

I am working on improving my swing thanks to some of the great instruction on this forum and Brian's videos.
I would love to post a clip of my swing with the goal of having Brian and others help me on a few areas hat still need work.

Is there a way to post my swing for people to giv e feedback here?

Well to be honest I think my build and Briann's is not much different. I would love to be able to have a shorter armswing but for the life of me I feel like I am taking a half swing to get to Brians top of swing position and don't have as much shoulder turn at that position.
Funny you should mention release swivel. With my new move into the ball I am not spun open the waty I was before and it is clear on the simulator that My ball is starting anywhere from 2-6 rightward path but little to now curvature. In my oldswing I almost had to hold off the release to prevent the lefts. It hink my next set of lessons will be on the release swivel .
I would so love for Brian to to see and help point out some things to work on.

Mitch,

Looks like a good motion. Add some extensor action on that backswing and that will shorten it up. There also maybe some cocking of the right wrist at the top, it appears that you are losing the structre of your flying wedges. Keep a frozen bent right wrist. I also agree with rwh, something looks not right with the finish swivel. I don't like the way the left arm appears going into finish from down the line. Keep up the good work.

He has some flippage instead of left arm rotation after impact, that's why his arm looks like that. As already said, he needs to work on a swivel.

A lot of good things in that motion overall. I agree that extensor action would be of great benefit to you. Also, I would focus on keeping the right foot flatter through impact - you want to 'roll your ankles' and THEN let the foot come up.

Some better footwork and a touch of extensor action - you are well on your way to solid golf.

Thanks for all the good advice
2 questions:
1) I know my swivel needs work and it is something that I need to change now that my motion is no longer OTT. I think I used to not release right so as to prevent the hooks. Among the various stuff Brian has up here are any of the articles/videos have info on how to properly perform the swivel? Could a strong left hand grip be a culprit too?

2)Extensor action- i know what it is but any intent on apply it leads to me overoding it and becoming very stiff and wooden going back. Also someone commented on my losing my wedges at the top. I have noticed with some mirror work that what seems to happen is I am nicely on plane with good width/extension up to a point. Then in a subconscious effort to get more turn/armswng my forearms kind of counter rotateand my elbow flies abit leading to me crossing the line.

Love more feedback drills or pointers To Brians or other instruction to work on those areas.

The "Building Blocks" explains both the Start-Up and Release swivels in detail. Get that video.

For a right handed golfer, the release swivel is nothing more than rotating the left forearm counter-clockwise as the clubhead comes into impact so that the clubface is looking in the correct direction at impact. Again, "Building Blocks" shows this very well.

Yes I know it was already said that is why I refrenced rwh's post. I would say he needs to work on his hinge action and finish swivel on plane. I must not have seen your suggestions on what would help, my very distinguished colleague.:D
