Work on your setup, a bit more forward lean, and better balance in your feet. You are a touch back on the heels. Great relaxed arms though, very nice.

Takeaway - get a plane board - you have a bit of 'lift and roll' which makes you have to work much harder to square up. The clubface should stay 'outside' your hands until hip high - imagine keeping the butt of the club pointing to your right thigh/hip

Overall, quite a nice motion. Pretty solid tempo, decent balance.
