Anybody see anything that needs immediate fixing?

I think the huge pulls, distance control and over draws need fixed:D

With the driver I could see having a little more carry and a little later axis tilt.

Second on the shut face and the carry here. Something seems off about just before and after impact too. Maybe there is just too much hand action or something but the club seems to turn over really quickly.

Of course my advice is worth what you paid for it.

Go and try to hit a cut or large fade with your driver off the deck. This may be tough for you. Work on getting the ball airborne by hitting the driver off the fairway. Let us know how it goes.

Something I was thinking about but did not mention. He should make it start on line right and not be a push fade?

Must be getting close to transitioning to the pay-for-online-swing-analysis. :)

I would be happy to pay for online consulting from the Manzella Academy. They are the only golf instructors that I trust to have the golfer's (not instructor's) best intrests in mind.

And thank you all for the input. It means a lot to me.

The last hole I played today (after the driver face on that you saw) is a par 5, hard dogleg right (on the second shot). I can't reach it, so I pull out the three wood and try to hit the hardest, highest cut I can for fun. Neutral grip, swing left, hold the face square to the intended starting path of the ball. Contact was perfect. ballflight was "tour-like" ball faded slightly (5 yds for a full-bore 3 wood). Ball ended up pin high.

Should I be trying to "feel" this shot again?

Yeah...that is a good thought. I don't think you necessarily have to try to hold the face open through the ball. With a neutral grip you should be fine. However, if that is working for you by all means keep doing it. Hope this info helps.

Club is just way late getting into the delivery zone, combine with the right forearm well above the plane you have need lots of uncocking of the left wrist and scooping it to keep from hitting it big left, the usual shot with that pattern is a pull and depending on the face it could be a hook or slice.

I think that super longs swing makes it pretty hard to get into the correct positions.

Though I bet when the timing is right you can hit it a long ways.

I've always felt that my club, hands, and arms were late getting to impact. How can I fix this?

So I need to work on pivot braking (kinetic chain snap) to allow my arms/hands to catch up to my hips/shoulders faster on the downswing. I found an old Damon Lucas post where he suggests toeing in your front foot and closing your stance to help. As I play with a very flared left foot and an open stance, I'll give both of these a try along with the driver off the deck suggestion.

I have tried a few times to hit it off the turf, but with no sucess at all. I will report back.
