Hmmmm HackMeister....

Please see this as objective critism.

Firstly - it takes you a long time to get into your address position, this isn't going to help your fluidity and relaxation both of which are required in an athletic motion.

It is hard for me to see from a front view but it appears you maybe stretching for the ball. I can tell for a fact that your arms are tense which does nothing to enhance your rhythm, tempo or grace. They should be relaxed as leslie king would say - walking down the fairway, they are not dead either and there is a difference. Feel athletically relaxed. This is a contributing factor of your bad top position.

Your stance may be too wide.

If you worked on your address you would do alot better.

Address should be fixed before trying to change anything in the swing itself otherwise everything I say from here on out will be useless to you....

Looking at your swing I see your backswing has to get some fundamental flaws corrected in order to advance your progress. I wouldn't even work on your downswing until such time as you have a better position at the top.

Why the backswing position is bad. Your upper body isn't moving dynamically into your right side. Your tempo and fluidity isn't good. Your turn is incomplete (which will always be running the risk of being quick).

The more relaxed your body is at address the better and further you will hit it.

1. Personal Favorite - If your standing on a clock face viewed from an above view. 12 is where your face is pointing...etc. Get a soccer ball or a suitable substitute and throw the ball as if to a person standing at 3 o clock. We can see in your swing that your not sweeping the club away, rather your picking the club upwards which is the root of alot of your problems.

2. Bent arm drill - This is a drill I thought up after watching academy live seeing David Lee's own swing (gravity golf promo) on internet. I use this drill inorder to invite syncronised body rotation into the swing. Address the ball and then bend both lifting the club up so it hovers maybe a foot above the ball. Now let it come back up with exagerated feeling of slinging your arms and hand in conjunction until you get halfway back up at which point the arms will naturally straighten back to their normal ammount. The bent arms helps u feel your tummy and club move together. It might also be an idea to do this and put something seriously really really heavy in your hands and you won't be able to move it much but you will feel the correct muscle groups work and feel the most powerful way to take the club back. It also helps will establishing the movement of the upper body into your right side which is a serious fault in your swing. Feel the momentum into the right side and your upper body should turn much better. This drill is also good for learning to hit a ball without placing the club on the ground...light rough...etc

Hope this helps
