For a beginner, you've got an excellent golf swing. I don't mean to sound harsh, but I've seen worse swings than yours shoot a lot better scores. Meaning, those 'worse swings' are able to shoot lower scores because they have a better short game and know the game better. So I would suggest to go out and play a little more. Plus, I'd probably find a good player, befriend him, and ask questions on how to play trouble shots or specific shots around the green.
The biggest thing I see is you flip thru impact. But you don't cast the club, you have a pretty decent pivot and your clubface looks square in the backswing...all pretty rare to see from a beginner.
You look like you're on the right track swing wise, but there's probably a lot to learn about how to play the game.
