My swing (with video)

Hi all! This is my first time posting my swing on the Forum and I'm looking for a bit of advice/critiques. First I'll say that I know I look a bit hunched over at address and my swing is a bit below plane (didnt know that til I saw it on video)
My ball flight has been a bit inconsistant lately, either hitting a slight draw or a slight fade, seems to change every swing but it's hardly ever horribly off-line. My distances are also inconsistant. I'll hit my 7 iron 145 one swing, 160 the next and then I'll catch one really well and bomb it 175-180 range. I just dont know what's going on right now, and it'd be really nice to have another set of eyes with a fresh approach. Thanks in advance!

Boy would I love to get you on Trackman. Sounds like you're delivering a different club to the ball and varying the downward attack with each swing. As flat as your swing appears, the impact is a little steep making the soft spinner a possibility as well as the 175 bomber.

Ha, that would be awesome Kevin, but unfortunately I just got stationed over in Korea so, that might be a little difficult to facilitate right now.
So, would I be right to assume that if I were to setup a little more up-right and get my hands a little higher both at setup and the top of the backswing (aiming for the hands to be in-line with the top of the right shoulder) would this take care of some of my consistency issues?
