Is this a SD1 at the Top of the Backswing?

The takeway and half way back looks almost disastrous (Left arm rotation, Popout) but she manage to recover when she gets to the top (flying right elbow, right wrist cock insted of bend) which looks very SD1.

Downswing - different story, Turned shoulder plane (NHA2 component) and very powerful release through the ball...

Brian, mix pattrens?
How about a swing analysis of Nancy Lopez?
Great swing, not classic but powerful and very challenging to analysis...

*Please Don't get confused with Jim McLean clubface analysis (better to ignore)

Reminds me of John Daly's take away, little forward press and then kind of rolls it away. She does get into a great position at the top, I'd take that.

Nancy Lopez's dad was a smart, smart man. He knew the difference between so-called "good looking" swings and REAL good swings. And that Nancy had the latter, and no need for the former.
