Need a Little Swing Help-Video Attached

I've been looking at some swing video lately and have a few questions...I feel like I get into a very odd top of the backswing position, not sure if it's OK or not OK. I tend to fight little over the top pulls that go about 8 yards too far with irons, with the driver I have a lil trouble with overcooking the lil cut I normally like to play. Typically play a cut with the driver 3 wood, irons I can usually play a little draw with longer irons and a little fade with shorter irons. Anything you guys see in addition to the backswing position would be helpful...My pivot also looks a little strange to my eye...Basically, it looks unorthodox to me (although I've never had any instruction, just watched some of Brian's stuff and work on scoring and short game with the college coach) and I'm not sure what the heck I'm looking at and would like to be educated a bit...
