Need help with hips and spine angle

I watched a video of myself yesterday and noticed that at the start of the downswing my hips shot forward and a little to the left (probably around 6 inches forward from where they started at address). My spine angle then straightened out. From face on, at impact most of my lower body was past the ball but my spine was tilting back away from the target. My misses are pushes and hooks/pull hooks. As bad as this sounds, I usually manage to hit my irons fairly well. With the woods it is much more of a challenge to keep things in play.

Any tips/thoughts/drills to consider to correct the move I make with my hips and the resulting loss of spine angle?
