Need some help with my transition

Recently lost a little weight and started working out again, but my swing is out of sorts. Can anyone offer a critique of my transition move?:)

Needs to do more squats to keep up with the top half! Is that a distortion or are his mittens that big? Looking at him drives home the point that nature gave me the hind tit.:(
 
This is what happens when you get a good separation between top half and bottom half of your body on your backswing
