New here, wanted to thank Brian

I just joined the forum recently. I have had an awful time hooking the ball for the last few months (a reformed slicer who taught himself how to hook the ball - so I am way under the plane now) but still maintain a 2 handicap with some putting. Purchased the 'Confessions of a Former Flipper' video to get some ideas on body rotation, and letting the body lead the hands, as my hands very much lead my body, then bought the 'Never Hook Again 2.0 video'. My 2 rounds this week (after 3 range sessions incorporating the 'up the wall, down the wall, left of the wall' swing thoughts, and adding some essential d-plane info into my iron game (aim left!)) a 69, 9/14 fairways, 17/18 greens and a 68, 10/14 fairways, 16/18 greens. Wanted to say thanks to Brian for the great videos, and to all the posters in the forum for the robust discussion. Loving the game right now! Great site!

Great story!

I'm not quite to that level YET but I'm hitting it better and have a MUCH better idea of what I need to do to get to scratch thanks to this site and the people here. Keep it up!

Yes, it very well may be the honeymoon, which I will enjoy immensely for the immediate future :) ...but sometimes you just need that one thing to make it click. This was my one thing, and it got me on plane.

In many ways I believe that the honeymoon phase truly is what playing well is all about. It seems like one must always be tweaking something to get the ball flight right or the putter hot. Those nuero pathways always need a refresh me thinks.

Yes and yes. Keeping it fresh is very important for me.
