Not sure if this is one of those sites where you are supposed to introduce yourself as a new member. But, I just wanted to say I joined this website, because I think this is the best golf instruction site on the web!

Tons of great info here. Do a bunch of searches and read things from the past. Too much past info to pass on.

I was confused at first as well but if you purchase a few of the videos you get a very clear understanding of the terminology and how it is applied. COFF and NHA are a real good start.
