New sensations

I have been diligently working on lag for some time now, and after maybe 1 out of 5 balls when I first started being pure, ow maybe 3 out of 5 are. My particular method involves me making many slow swings while watching my trail elbow fold on the backswing and stay folded much deeper in the downswing. I also have been making sure my trailhand and arm are below my lead at separation.

Here are the extremely curious new feelings I have, and am lookinf for confirmation from others making this journey.
1. My trail shoulder almost seems to go behind my back in the downswing. Shoulders feel closed even in early followthru.

2. Down, down, down at transition. It feels like the club falls fast and hard from the top. Using Brian's twistaway, I feel I have to get down to the ball quick before the clubface can shut too much at impact.
3.My trail shoulder seems to get in front and under my left arm at impact.
4. It feels like there is a tight squeeze for my hands and arms to get through between the ball and my body going to impact. It's like i wonder if there is enough room. It feels real flat.

I don't know by video confirmation if I have lag, but I feel like this fall I could go quail hunting with an 8 iron, which is usually moon shot trajectory.I would appreciate some shared experiences.

Sustain the lag,

diggerdog
