I'm just starting to read onthis and other forums about tgm and don't have a full grasp of many concepts and pressure points, etc. but is there one or two things you can throw at me to work on? for one, should i make a swing to a point in front of the ball, or to go at a certain spot on the ball? also in regards to grip and pressure points, for the left hand, should the thumb be near the rear of the grip, or in a more neutral centered spot? thanks for some quick suggestions.

brainman ... looking at photo 5 in your fine pdf article, it looks like you are holding the club handle deeper in your meaty right hand so that your Knuckle joint of your Right Index Finger is positioned for Pressure Point #3, just like I do it. This of course is not what Homer defines or shows as PP#3 in the TGM photos, but rather he shows the Right Hand as holding the club handle more in the fingers.

I raised this very question in my posting to you in "Ask Brian ... " to which I believe I still have no response. Perhaps you could help me with my PP#3 quandary. Thanks again ....

What your #3 Pressure Point is, is really not that important. The key is that you HAVE one and 'use' it correctly.

My grip in the said article is absolutely PERFECT ;).
