Teenage Jack is correct. The swing was in an HBO documentary about the 1960 US Open.

What surprised me the most was the first picture: didn't anyone tell Jack he needed to restrict his hips in the backswing? In fact, it looks like a good left-handed players follow-through!

Not a chance; his weight is actually on the outside of his right foot.

There might be a slight appearance of that due to the unorthodox camera angle.

crud. boy the footwork in the first pic looked like arnie, but i should have looked at some of the other pics some more cause the last one surely isn't arnies footwork.
