on plane ... hips???

ok, we all pretty much know that the shoulders have got to get downplane and the right shoulder should point somewhere near the target line into the follow-through.

you also want the right forearm on plane coming into impact, and basically, you want to be 'on-plane' as much of the time as possible.

i got thinking about this, and i started thinking, is it the same for the hips?
havn't checked any video yet, but was wondering that should the line of the hips point towards the ball in the downswing?

is it abit like when you straighten your right knee and move your left knee inwards on the backswing, you get slanted hips, more at the target line, and conversly, in the downswing where the left knee straightens and the right knee bends, does this create this effect?
