On plane takeaway

Anyone have any suggestions? I have a tendency for my hands to go out (away from me) and up instead of back and in.

put the butt of the club in your belly-button, and grip it round the steel. practice takeaways from this position to engrain the feel
 
I'm the opposite. My club wants to get SUCKED (by the invisible, evil jet-stream) way inside.

Try a flatter shoulder turn with a sharp turn of the right hip.

Think NSA-style pivot.

Trace more inside.

Feel like right shoulder doesn't get higher than the left in your backswing.
