Brian thats the problem with some of the people on the FGI forum, you can prove something till your sick and tired but they will NOT listen to anything you say. That is if doesn't fits their small idea of what a swing actually is from their leadbitter books....
Hey and why should they when the average drive is great enough to break the interplanetarian orbit. NASA and FGI equipment junkies are making a new craft to propel and break the atmosphere with the same theory because their mechanics are just 'sound' (sound- to make sound ; being the operative word). These people can still hit a slice around the solar system and back to earth to the green on the longest par 5's. The US PGA of America is thinking of creating a game of 'dart-esque' with the moon as the target as a brand new format of golf esp for FGI'ers.
That and most of the cretins on there just go to show their HUGE male ego pride that they have accumulated from being the most knowledgable on their weekly foursome, which means they know that the lead grip isn't in the palm and thats about it.
