Don't know that I agree with the premise of totally restructuring your swing, or that Brian's videos are necessarily a good fit with that approach. Total restructuring sounds a bit "method" to me, rather than targetting specific issues - which I think is where at least NSA and NHA really score.
So, if you think you might have an issue with not squaring the clubface - then NSA is the obvious answer.
If you are hooking the ball with what Brian describes as a neutral grip (back of left hand and clubface parallel) - then NHA. But pay attention to Jim's comment about making sure that your left hand is truly as weak as prescribed before self-diagnosing yourself as a hooker.
In my personal experience, if you're not comfortable with a 1-knuckle left hand grip - then it's worth looking into NSA even if your typical miss is a hook. I find that I can use bits of NHA much better now, after learning some NSA clubface squaring.
Soft Draw is a fairly neutral pattern. In a way, it suits your question best in the sense of providing a nice, middle-ground orthodox pattern. But - I don't feel like it necessarily gives you the tools to fix your ballflight if you run into problems.
