I am heading out to Orange County to work with a young golfer from Australia.

With one free day, and a flight that arrives just before noon, I am going to do a one-day Brian Manzella Tour Stop at Marbella Country Club, home of our own Billy McKinney.

The 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm slot is booked.

I just google earth'd Marbella. Driving range from the mats to the end of the range is 250 yards. Is that correct? Is there a net out there? Are drivers allowed?

It's a great range that's a bit uphill. No net and very probably not on mats. If your clubhead speed is over 120 you'll just hit it into 17 fwy.
