Pizza tray position

Brian mentioned watching Kuchar's video because I was getting really flat coming down.

What is it really doing for you? Is it more for path or face? Seems like the club is pretty closed right? How is Kuchar not pulling the ball when he comes over it a bit? Is his typical shot a draw or a fade?

I've been pull hooking my driver a bunch with this new feeling. Thanks
