I mean, shake the sugar. Below is a definition from Brian almost exactly 3 years from today:

First this I should tell you is (shhh!) it's not in the book
This is a THOUGHT or an IDEA or a KEY or a DRILL or a CONCEPT....for a golfer who really needs to let his arms fall from the top,
but....just can't.
THE BRIAN MANZELLA SHAKE THE SUGAR IDEA:
Imagine a vat of Powdered Sugar. Pretend to put your sweaty arms in the vat. Knock off the big pieces.
You now have a decent amount of sugar left, correct?
From the top of your swing, feel like you SHAKE THE SUGAR off on the ball.
A cloud of sugar should hit the ball area.
If you needed this drill/idea/concept, your cloud was either going toward the target, or in the sky.
Enjoy!

I'm thinking this drill will help me with my hooks but I'm not sure. I "think" I understand the drill but don't understand how the cloud would go either toward the target, or in the sky. Anyone know? I think it would be important to know this(at least for me) Thanks
