MISSION STATEMENT OF THE MANZELLA GOLF FORUM </u>

Hello to all.

My name is Brian Manzella.

I have several personal goals that effect the goals of the Manzella Golf Forum.

I want to be the World's Best Golf Instructor.

I want to be acknowledged as the World's Best Golf Instructor.

I want to have the best Golf web site and the most visited Golf web site.

So here is the mission statement:

This is the place to go for understandable answers to any golfing questions. And the answers will ALWAYS be rooted in science (like Homer Kelley's Golfing Machine).

I have an ability to make sense out of difficult concepts. I feel as though my communication skills in this regard, and my LIVE teaching ability, are second to none.

I don't believe I know everything, and can't wait to learn some new juicy info I can share here and on the lesson tee.

ALL DEBATE ON THIS SITE SHOULD BE RESRICTED TO WHO HAS THE BEST SCIENCE, THE BEST EXPLANATIONS AND WHO CAN GET IT DONE ON THE LESSON TEE.

ALL OTHER DEBATE THAT DETRACTS FROM EITHER MAKING MY FORUM MEMBERS BETTER GOLFERS AND TEACHERS, OR ME, BRIAN MANZELLA, A BETTER GOLFER OR TEACHER, WILL BE SENT TO THE DEEP FREEZE.

you are 100% correct on this. I am sorry about starting a freezer but I was only sticking up for my friends. This does not justify poor manners and over acceleration and I am sorry to those who have been offended.

I dont think I should be the only one apologising for leekage and poor manners. So lets all make peace and agree to disagree just as 6b1d would like us to do and put on our 'rose colored glasses' and put our eyes back on the inside aft quadrant of the ball.

I don't want anyone to put on rose colored glasses. Everyone should be who they are. I only want to continue Educating my Hands and play decent golf. All this has really changed my outlook on things. I count myself as one that has been passionate and fought fiercely for G.O.L.F. but I never thought I had to support “civil hostility” on either side. And I won’t. Just Homer.

Lets get back to having fun.

After a little of debate on non-golf teaching items, this site is back to the business of trying to TEACH golfers and teachers golf.

Thanks, Brian. I know you view my "dual personality" posts with mixed feelings at times.I hope we can all agree to debate ideas and techniques and leave ad hominem attacks out.

Let's all appreciate diversity, if for no other reason than the best ideas often come from outside the mainstream. I wonder if HK didn't receive a lot of flak early on for exactly that reason.

It's easy to get myopic but we all need to realize that HK/TGM is -- and has always been -- outside the mainstream.

I go away for a few days, come back, thread are missing, rules are posted, forum members are apologizing; that will teach me not to tune in every day.
