Pouring on the right arm vs. tossing the javelin underhanded

So in working with the soft draw pattern, I've had good success. My only question is regarding the difference between pouring on the right arm (when the shaft is vertical the last time before impact) and tossing the javelin underhanded.

I haven't videotaped myself so I'm uncertain as to whether or not I'm tossing the javelin underhanded. I do however feel myself pouring on the right arm at just the right time thanks to all the practice I've put into making small pure swings and constantly swinging back and forth. As soon as the swinging became natural, it also became natural to pour on the right arm, you know what I mean?

Tossing the javelin feels contrived to me. I'm wondering if someone is doing a good job of pouring on the right arm needs to worry about tossing the javelin (perhaps the toss is a by-product of a good pour)?

the UJT is a position, a visual for a player to get into the delivery at last parallel. Pouring on the right arm is what you do from there.

I thought you were supposed to pour the right arm on approximately when the shaft is vertical to the ground for the last time before impact. Tossing the javelin occurs later when the shaft is parallel to the ground. Or am I wrong?

Different players FEEL it at different times but....

Last Vertical pre-impact is when.

The UJT is only necessary for golfers who need the axis tilt and above plane insurance it provides.

It is NOT a part of the pattern "per se."
