Problem with left arm/accumulator 4

I have watched NSA and posted that I have seen great results. But played Tuesday night and was all over the place. As it was only my second time out after watching I went back to basics and I was twisting away to the top and maintaining the twist coming down but near impact it would go. Having thought about the feelings in my swing at that point and doing some slow motion swings to see what movements could do this I realised that I may not be releasing my left arm/#4. As in it is stuck to my chest at the top then at impact it's still there, my arms have not been flung across my chest. Then at impact my body is looking towards the target and my arms are still at the ball.
This made me slice or flip like mad trying to get the club to the ball. Anyone think this could be a problem or experienced it and of course any help is greatly appreciated.

I just watched it again and I am now going to practice using my body/hips to throw my arms across my chest and stop spinning all the way to the finish ruining my tilt.

Thanks Brian.

I have been out and played tonight. I struck the ball amazingly well for me, straight/touch of draw low and long with little effort.

What made the difference? After watching NSA again i realised I was slightly reverse pivoting so have been doing the shaft across the body drill and now have lots of room to come inside/square the face and throw my arms off my chest. I wasn't fighting my old tendency to rotate under.

Thanks Brian...
