I've been working very hard on my downswing pivot all winter in my living room of my apt with my plane lasers. It's getting better and better. Every time it has warmed up a bit here in chicago i hit the ball better and better. Thanks Tom/Brian.
Here's something i noticed:
For me to get to that position my feel is that i try to keep my right foot ON THE GROUND for as long as possible until the pivot brings it up after the ball is gone. It seems if i let it come up prematuring my shoulders want to round house.
Now to continue that, when i'm keeping that foot down, through impact, it feels like i'm pushing off the ground...just like a pitcher does throwing a baseball.
Is this a good/bad feel? Any implications i should be looking into?
Tom? Brian?
Thanks
