Putting: D-Plane style

How has the D-plane changed your putting, if any? Today I had possibly the best ball striking day of my life. Many tap-in pars and 1 tap-in birdie. The only problem with the tap-in pars was that many of them could/should have been birdies. My putting stinks and I need all the help I can get. Thanks

I stopped worrying so much about path and worried much more about face angle at address and at impact. You can have the prettiest arced stroke in the world, but if the face is 1.0 degrees open to the target at impact, you're hitting the ball to the right of the intended target.

Let's just say I have only left with reading the green and speed...the D-Plane changed the way I roll the ball exactly where I want no side spin...
Try it, take your stroke back almost straight (on plane) with your shoulders and after impact move your hands left almost feel like your cutting the ball.

I dont hit down on my left to right putts.

Only Left to right?
Left to right the plane line is already left?
I forgot to mention that I have my ball position middle/an inch right of midldle, and if I move ball position foward or don't have the shaft lean foward than I modify, but if my line on the ball doesn't wobble and it goes exactly where I want then I'm happy.
The thing is that without the D-plane I was clueless and I had less options for experimenting.
Obviously The putting stroke is a walk in the park compared to the full swing...

wow, hot ...

that was way cool ... thanks for posting such a great visual ... :)

I'll like to Thank you too!

Thanks Hot!

I knew it had to be a little cut shot (left moving impact)! I just knew it!

The ball doesn't have a clue that you know about this forum, Manzllea, the D-plane, it's fun to know ah? last year I've never thought about trying this stuff...well, one thing less to worry about.
