I finally got my swing working, I hit so many greens the other day I could not beleive it, but my putting is failing me. Some people I played with said it looks like I am decelerating through the ball, any good drills to get me past this next hurdle?

Thanks

grs- here's a drill from Jack Burke, Jr. He used to prep for the Masters and other big events by placing balls around the hole in a circle, 3-4 feet from the hole, and not QUIT UNTIL HE HOLED 100 IN A ROW. This is so hard to do you can't imagine! But, he claims that after you accomplish this a couple times, you'll be able to rip through this drill in a few minutes. I have just started this drill, and I'm no where near making more than 12 to 18 in a row before missing, but I already see a difference in my putting. I don't care how long it takes, I'm gonna get this done before the season is through!

That could take a while, but sounds like its worth trying, there is nothing worse than making a great approach shot 3-4 feet from the pin and then missing

When my putting goes into a slump, it's typically too much use of the hands and not enough use of the shoulders.
