Would it be along the right line to think in terms of snaping the kinetic chain that Building Blocks is a good way to think/practice of how the "arm" chain snaps? Would the video portray this in the correct order to practice according to kinetic chain snapping? I realise they dont all go one at a time, but as a practice drill to practice them one at a time in the correct sequence?

Could this be applied to the full swing?

i.e knee turns and stops, followed by knee turns and stops, hip turns and stops etc etc etc until the full 4 barrel release?

Just making my way through the viceo of Brian/Michael and it may get answered in a second anyway :)
