I bought “confessions” over the weekend and have been working very hard by only doing chips. I can get some good "rock sounding" compressions but I still can't get the feeling of the proper pivot move. I'm in the rebound squat and I know I have to straighten and get my left arm up and in but I’m not getting the feeling of the rotation very well. Should it be coming from the hips the whole left/right side.
