Question Regarding "The Secret" and Flatter Eventual Sweet Spot Path

I'm wondering if this is easier to do with a flatter eventual sweet spot...? "The Secret" is forward lean with as little as possible downward strike. The "Hogan model" may have the golfer swinging the club on a steeper vertical swing plane "through the bag" but I'm taking "downward strike" to mean angle of attack.

I'm no Trackman expert (never used one in my life) but I'd have to imagine there are various ways to accomplish "the secret". (to just give you about the first thing that comes to mind...and a pretty good "go to" principle)
